1. Who we are
Clairvoyant (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an AI-powered analysis platform for prediction markets. We help users identify mispriced outcomes on Polymarket by running independent probability estimates across multiple AI models. Our website is clairvoyant.pro.
2. What data we collect
Account data
When you register, we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google — we do not store your Google password.
API keys
If you connect your own AI provider keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic), they are encrypted at rest using AES-256 before storage. We never log or transmit them in plaintext.
Analysis and trading data
We store the output of market scans — predicted probabilities, agent consensus, trade decisions, and position outcomes — to power your portfolio dashboard and improve the platform.
Usage data
We collect standard server-side logs: request timestamps, endpoint paths, and error codes. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or fingerprinting scripts.
3. How we use your data

- — To send transactional emails (run completions, position alerts, password resets)
- — To process subscription payments via Stripe
- — To improve platform reliability and model accuracy
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models for any purpose other than improving Clairvoyant's own services.
4. Data sharing
We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the service:
- — Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles card data directly; we never see full card numbers.
- — Railway — infrastructure hosting for our backend and database.
- — Vercel — hosting for our frontend.
- — Resend — transactional email delivery.
- — AI providers — Anthropic, Google, and xAI receive market context (not your personal data) when we invoke their APIs to generate probability estimates.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie is not accessible to JavaScript and is scoped to our domain. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymised analytics may be retained indefinitely.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@clairvoyant.pro. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. API keys are encrypted at rest. Sessions use short-lived signed tokens. We apply principle-of-least-privilege access controls across our infrastructure. No security measure is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to hello@clairvoyant.pro.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
