Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Clairvoyant (“the platform”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users regardless of subscription tier.
2. What Clairvoyant is
Clairvoyant is an AI analysis tool for prediction markets. It provides probability estimates, opportunity identification, and optional autonomous trade execution on Polymarket.
Clairvoyant is not a financial adviser, broker, or investment manager. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. All analysis is probabilistic and algorithmic — it reflects the output of AI models, not human professional judgement.
Clairvoyant does not hold, custody, or control your funds at any time. Execution (where enabled) occurs through your own connected Polymarket account using your own USDC balance.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prediction markets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws that apply to your use of the platform. Clairvoyant makes no representations about legality in any specific jurisdiction.
4. Account responsibilities
- — You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- — Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your account.
- — You must provide accurate information when registering.
- — Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
5. API keys and platform keys
If you use your own AI provider keys (Starter plan), those keys are encrypted and used solely to run analysis on your behalf. You remain bound by your provider's terms of service for all API usage incurred through Clairvoyant.
If you use platform keys (Managed plans), your usage is subject to our fair-use run limits. Excessive automated requests or attempts to circumvent run limits may result in suspension.
6. Autonomous trading
The autonomous trading feature executes trades automatically based on AI-generated signals. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge that:
- — Trades are executed using your own Polymarket wallet and USDC balance.
- — Automated decisions are made without human review on each trade.
- — Past performance of the system does not guarantee future results.
- — You may lose some or all capital committed to positions.
- — You retain full responsibility for all trading outcomes.
You can disable autonomous trading at any time from your settings. Disabling does not automatically close open positions.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed monthly. Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire. All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
Refunds are handled case-by-case. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at hello@clairvoyant.pro.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Changes do not apply retroactively to active billing periods.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- — Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary algorithms.
- — Use the platform to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- — Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or run limits by technical means.
- — Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform.
- — Use the platform in a way that could damage its infrastructure or availability.
9. Intellectual property
The Clairvoyant platform, its underlying models, algorithms, and branding are our intellectual property. Your data (trade history, portfolio) remains yours. We grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial prediction market analysis.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI predictions, availability of the service, or any specific financial outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clairvoyant's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
